A former professional dancer and Innovation Director at Exhale, Bergen is driven by a desire to change people’s lives through movement and fitness. She has a deep understanding of the ways in which fitness impacts our mental and physical health, and she’s skilled at helping others tap into their strength and power. Bergen also has an innate ability to hold people accountable and help them push through their limitations.

Pilates expert and the creator of Slide & Sculpt. “I’ll give you tough love (emphasis on the love)!” AJ started dancing at age three and never looked back, continuing her career through college and beyond. With over a decade of experience in the fitness industry at studios like Xtend Barre and Strengthen- Lengthen- Tone (SLT), she’s shared her passion for exercise with students of all ages and skill levels. Her philosophy is that working out should be both effective and enjoyable, and she never shows up to class without her infectious smile.

A national fitness director and innovator with one condition: Be willing to get uncomfortable. Nicole is committed to creating a judgement-free zone that allows students to take risks, grow, sweat and evolve. Nicole has been teaching Barre, cardio, HIIT and yoga for over 12 years with a focus in assisting her students increase their flexibility, balance and endurance — both in person and online. She is committed to helping her students find inclusive, enjoyable and long-term approaches to well-being.

A dancer by trade. “Focus on the end goal rather than the discomfort in the moment.” Hailing from a cattle farm in Virginia, Nefertiti has toured around the United States and the world as a professional dancer. Now she combines her extensive dance background with nine years of experience in fitness instruction to help you reach your goals. Whether you’re looking to tone your body, wanting to push to your limits or craving an innovative, reformer-like experience, Nefertiti will use her knowledge of anatomy and her fitness training to challenge and inspire you.

A rare combination of dancer and boxer. While cross-training for her professional career as a dancer, she discovered her love of boxing and developed a deep background in a variety of modalities. Prior to joining bande, she was an instructor at JABS by Gina and trained with George Foreman III in boxing instruction at EverybodyFights, where she entered the virtual fitness arena on EBF.live. She also danced with the Alvin Ailey American Dance Theater at New York City Center, earned her dance degree from The Ailey School and Fordham University, and performed in “The King and I” on Broadway and on the cast of the show’s national tour. Mindy’s classes are dynamic, set to the beat of vibrant music. Her energy and expertise come through the screen. You will be motivated, energized, and, ultimately, exhausted in the best way possible.

After ten years in finance and two adorable girls, Andrea decided to pursue her passion for dance with the goal of helping everyone (but especially moms) reach their fitness goals. Andrea favors workouts that are efficient and fun. She wants her students to look forward to class. Driven by music, Andrea’s classes allow you to forget about reps and get lost in the beat. You’ll sweat, laugh and feel amazing after class.

Todd started dancing at the age of three and pursued a career as a professional dancer, performing and teaching all over the world. He spent nine years with Flywheel Sports, where he was a key player in the design and implementation of their barre and Precision Training programs and was the Director of Instructor Development and a Master Instructor. Todd is a certified personal trainer and yoga instructor. He holds a master’s degree in Dance from NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts. He loves his two dogs, Butch and Lefty. He suffers from a very serious sneaker addiction, loves to read and is always on the lookout for vegan/gluten free anything.

From growing up in Huntington Beach, California to attending NYU and living in NYC for 12 years to most recently relocating to Texas: Alexis will ensure you leave class energized, focused, and ready to take on the world. It’s more than just a workout, a class with Alexis is a journey on your mat. It is YOUR time: time to tune in to your body, time to tune into your breath, time to rid of all distractions, time to walk out of class feeling better than how you walked in. Alexis’ workouts are known for her creative style in helping you to achieve your longest, strongest version of yourself. Alexis can also be found on her fitness app “Silhouette by Alexis”.

9x “Best Yoga Instructor in Jackson Hole” recipient. Eclectic and challenging combos. Ariel’s gracious demeanor and courageous strength is infectious. She has led yoga teacher trainings for the past 10 years and has been awarded Gold for Best of Jackson Hole’s Yoga Teachers for nine consecutive years. Additionally, Ariel has worked as a yoga Instructor, indoor cycling instructor, Barre teacher, personal trainer, and private chef. Ariel’s teaching style is eclectic, creative, challenging and fun, served up with heaping spoonfuls of “tough love.”

Frances has always been a free spirit and a lover of movement. She was an elite gymnast half of her life, but injury after injury led her to discover a functional and wellness-based lifestyle. She found yoga (or really, yoga found her!) in Thailand and she’s been teaching and training others for over eight years. Frances believes with her whole heart that yoga was made for everyBODY (that means you too). Join her for some feel-good flows that will leave you refreshed, renewed, and hopefully better off than how you started.
