Kate is a former dancer turned trainer with an extensive background in the NYC fitness scene. Her career has included both group fitness and personal training at companies like Exhale, Equinox, and Body Conceptions by Mahri, where she has taught everything from barre, to cardio-based workouts, to strength training, to HIIT. She is a certified personal trainer by the National Academy of Sports Medicine, as well as a Certified Functional Strength Coach by Mike Boyle Strength and Conditioning. Her teaching style involves a blend of challenging, science-based exercise programming, great energy, and even better music. When you jump into Kate's class, she's committed to being a coach and motivator for each and every individual!

Get to Know Kate Havlicek
- What brought you to the fitness industry?
- A love for dance and a passion for sharing movement with others. Teaching fitness allowed me to still connect with people through movement, while simultaneously helping them get stronger and tackle whatever goals they set out to achieve - I fell in love with the process.
- Who’s your biggest inspiration?
- My mom. I've never met anyone as hardworking, caring, selfless, or generous as her, and she always leads with love.
