Nicole has been teaching Barre, cardio, HIIT and yoga for over 12 years with a focus in assisting her students increase their flexibility, balance and endurance — both in person and online. She is committed to helping her students find inclusive, enjoyable and long-term approaches to well-being.

- What was your go-to sport as a kid?
- I'm an athlete of the arts. I started taking ballet classes when I was 3, and all I wanted was to dance all day, every day. My first job, at the age of 14, was teaching ballet, jazz and tap dancing to young girls.
- What's your go-to mantra when things get rough?
- "What I am experiencing in this moment is temporary, and it will pass. Be patient."
